We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Our extended 90-day return policy still applies, giving you extra flexibility beyond this legal right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
